When I set out on the planning of our trip to India it was with some trepidation. I had travelled there alone several times and knew the likely scenarios which would drive my husband crazy. Harry has travelled to most places in the world but never India. Searching on-line I came across ‘Bespoke Travel’; there was a ring about it that led me to believe this company could work well for us.
We were met at N. Delhi airport by our first representative who steered through the terminal to our waiting car. From thereon in every airport we encountered and every new location where we alighted a Bespoke rep was waiting for us. Similarly any air or train travel we encountered, a Rep would collect us from the hotel and deliver us through to security and boarding. This took so much stress out of our trip by allowing us to relax in confidence that all would be taken care of. Jay had booked one leg of our tour on the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels.
Our guides all along the way were excellent. A few of them were among the best either of us have encountered internationally.

I put together a two week trip very quickly with Bespoke’s help. I told Jay what i wanted to do, the kinds of experiences I was looking for and they types of hotels i like. I feel like he did a good job of listening to what I wanted – and put together a great trip for me. The drivers and guides were also very good. I was always able to get a hold of someone when needed and felt very taken care of – which was important to me being a woman traveling alone.
Myself and family recently used Bespoke India Holidays for a two week vacation across a number of locations and cities in Northern India, and a 2 day visit to Nepal. I was particularly impressed with their level of knowledge and responsiveness to my questions during the preparation phase. All the location tour guides were excellent and all vehicles / drivers were of a high quality. If we had any problems they were quickly resolved by the locally appointed representative. I would happy recommend their services to anyone who wishes to see India at it’s best. As a personal recommendation, be specific as to what you expect from the quality of your hotel and transport arrangements. Don’t assume that your expectations will be met completely unless you detail your specifications exactly – we got caught out a little by this. However it was learning for me and Bespoke. In summary, an all round excellent company to deal with.
