Travel from New Delhi to Ananda, 260 Km. North of New Delhi and is easily accessible by road, rail and air. Special helicopters can be arranged from New Delhi which will drop the tourists right in the Spa premises. The total travel time is 10 hours by road. The other option is taking a rail journey from New Delhi to Haridwar and from there a scenic journey of 7-8 hours will take the tourists to the spa. There are host of therapies and treatments that a participant can undergo like ayurveda therapies, hydropathy or simply go for hiking in the pristine environs of Shivaliks, lower Himalayas. A stay of atleast 7 days is recommended.

Rishikesh is one of the holiest cities of India and is famous the world over for White water rafting and Indian spiritual experience of Yoga. Go to Parmarth Niketan, an Ashram which teaches its students the art of Yoga which will give a rejuvenating experience to tourists. One may opt for adventure activities like rafting or explore Indian culture by visiting the holy ghats or simply relax learning Yoga and exploring the nearby area.

Travel from Rishikesh to New Delhi. On the way back, enjoy a detour at the historic India Gate, and pass through the President’s House (Rashtrapati Bhavan), Safdarjung’s Tomb & the Indian Parliament.
